Private Room/Bath A/C #3 in Heart of Flores Island

Flores Island sits on a lake that is warm enough to enjoy all year. We are close to dozens of Mayan sites (Tikal only 60 km). Everything on the island is within easy walking distance. We are happy to share our local perspective on sightseeing, restaurants, and entertainment. Plus, we are bilingual (English/Spanish). The space Our home is built in traditional style - rooms surrounding a courtyard. Guests have private, air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms and can share our kitchen, dining area, and living room. Feel free to enjoy the panoramic views from the roof! Guest access Guests are encouraged to enjoy the kitchen, dining area, living room and roof (good spot for yoga). We also have a washing machine (dry clothes on roof). We ask that guests be mindful of residents and stay off the 2nd floor. During your stay All three co-hosts live on the property (upstairs) - two doctors and a web developer. So, someone is always available to assist with check-in or and questions/issues that may arise. Other things to note Whenever we travel, we prefer local hangouts over tourist traps. We're happy to share our local perspective on Flores. We have established a few house rules: 1) Do not bring in outside guests. 2) Please turn off TV and AC unit when leaving room. 3) Although we encourage guests to enjoy the roof (great view), the second floor is off-limits as we have residents living there.
