Serenica (near Red Rocks)

Welcome to the Serenica Landship! Itching to try tiny living? Comfy, cozy, modern, beautifully renovated and updated RV in Morrison, Colorado minutes from the mountains: If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind experience 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 10 minutes from Bear Creek Lake Park, 8 minutes from Bandimere Speedway, and 30 minutes to most Denver attractions, this place is calling your name. The space Fully renovated, stationary, Firan Raven Class A RV parked on our property in Morrison, CO. You'll feel right at home in this provisional tiny home with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, extra blankets, free wifi, a 32-inch smart tv you can use to log in to your favorite streaming apps, a nice big bathroom with a stand-up shower and separate/private water closet with bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, razors, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products included. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric cooktop and full-size fridge, (oven and range available only by request and for a small fee since it requires propane), and the cutest little booth to eat at or serve as a desk/working space should you need one! You'll also have a french press, coffee maker and coffee (with cream and sugar), kettle and various teas, bottled water, and a toaster at your disposal. Breakfast bars and snacks also stocked in case you get the munchies. The living space features a comfortable sofa that folds down to a twin-size bed (which can sleep one adult or two kids), a deceptively comfortable Eames-inspired chair, card and board games, and another 32-inch tv hidden behind the forest tapestry that plays DVDs. This beauty is parked at the north end of our property adjacent to our home but has it's own private entrance and fenced-off space separate from our backyard. The outdoor space may eventually be shared with a second AirBnB on our property. (Please contact us should you have any questions about this.) Our home is located in a neighborhood with ample street parking. Do note however, that our backyard is visible to guests and vice versa. We'll never enter Serenica during your stay unless requested (although we may send the occasional text or message to check in and make sure you're doing okay!), and the only reason we may enter the fenced-off outdoor space is to access our garden shed or to empty Serenica's black tank. Guest access Guests will have access to the fenced-off north end of our backyard, with private gate entrance. Other things to note We can -almost- always accommodate an earlier check-in on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our work schedules make earlier check-ins on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays pretty impossible unfortunately, unless nobody has booked the night before your booking (or you yourself book the night before to ensure you can check-in whenever you'd like on your actual day of check-in.)
