The apartment is a very spacious one bedroom , main floor , with private pool side terrace , beautiful gardens , and heated pool . Approximately 850 sq ft , this condominium has everything you need to feel at home. Newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped , bright dining area and living room. French doors open to a private pool side terrace . Sofa and love seat in living room . Plus large master bedroom with king size bed . Decorated with Mexican hardwoods, rustic ceramic tiles.... ceiling fans throughout. 2 air conditioning units , Smart TV , with csblecTV , including English stations …. great wifi .... Rental includes once/week maid service and laundering of sheets and towels . We are 2 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to a fantastic grocery store, easy access to restaurants, one block to bus stop. 10 mins to Centro (downtown and Malecon area) by bus... Small quaint gated complex with only 16 condominiums .A super location! A hidden gem. Puerto Vallarta is a charming Mexican coastal city. The people are extremely friendly. the music, the food, the culture...all are amazing. If you enjoy the beach, quiet times, adventure, art galleries, night life, walking the sea wall (Malecon), great restaurants, ....scenic Sierra Madre mountains....Vallarta has something for everyone ! Please note the $55 US/night rate is a base rate. Nightly rates fluctuate between low season $55 US/night and high season (up to $150 US/night). Discounts for weekly and monthly rentals .The rates and discounts are noted in the calendar. Please note the apartment is best suited for 2 adults, and we can accommodate 2 adults / 2 children. There is one king bed in bedroom, and a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) that sleeps one child in the living room. An airbed can also be provided if you are travelling with a small child Guest access The condo complex, has beautiful gardens and a private heated pool. Public beach access across the street. Other things to note -Government photo ID is required 1 day before arrival for identification and emergency purposes -The Condo is best suited for a couple ( one king bed ) we can also accommodate 2 small children , airbed on request . Sofa is NOT a sofa bed . Sofa can accommodate a small child , not an adult ) Once a reservation is made, we will send you an info letter ,( aprox 2 weeks prior to arrival ) which includes suggestions of things you may want to see and do, as well as great restaurants to try out, etc. An additional booking fee of $15 US will be added to bookings of 3 nights or less If you have any questions ,please ask….we are happy to answer them.
