Guest access Adobe Homes are located in a secure gated community with 24 hour security. Hot Water all the time via demand heater. Gardening service includes trash removal & help with hot tub and other chores. Colorful and jam packed local market is very close walk for most all food needs. Cozy apartment is fully equipped, fridge, stove, full bath, queen bed, nicely appointed. During your stay Carmelina prepares and manages the homes. She has been a family friend for 25 years and is great example of the rise of Mayan youth, being fully educated, managing a travel agency while being born into an illiterate family. Augustin, our gardener has tended since he helped build the homes. He is very helpful and knowledgable about local flora. Other things to note The Unique Hot Tub Oasis sets the home apart. Luscious garden setting finds hot tub secluded behind Banana and Heliconia under clear cover. Tub is heated in two ways, using the wood fired Snorkel Stove or with gas demand heater. Good to use the wood heater initially to get a lot of heat into the water, then the gas to top up the warmth. Good to stir the water and use the insulating covers... It is just divine!
