The house only has space for 4 people, spaces designed for comfort and mobility, no pets or service animals are allowed, and no visits or parties are allowed. Guest access The house has a space for one (1) vehicle and inside the cluster there are spaces for extra vehicles that are visiting. If they are full there is the possibility of parking outside with total security. The pool is for common use. The only thing that can be reserved is the palapa and this is subject to availability. If there is no event you can enjoy it without any problem. The garbage must be placed in a special space located next to the entrance. It is collected daily and is kept in perfect conditions to avoid bad smells. Likewise, it is requested that the garbage be deposited in a closed bag and inside the containers. The lagoon is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Other things to note The house has a camera located on the outside of the house and is for everyone's safety, so it cannot be disconnected. When the rent is for more than 10 days, the meter reading is taken with a cap of $400 only the first month, the surplus will be covered by the guest. And at the end of the stay, the meter is read again since the electricity costs are borne by the people staying. It is delivered with a gas charge and in the event that the stay is longer than 10 days, the gas supply is borne by the people who are staying. Access to the pool can only be done wearing a bathing suit and respecting the schedules and rules that are written in the pool area. It is recommended that the air conditioners that the house has be used responsibly and be turned off while you are not inside the property.
