The Loft House is located on 3 acres of property shared with our home, mini farm (including chickens) and our storage business which is great for providing assistance with anything our guests might need. Our Loft House provides 247 SF of space on the main floor, 81 sf of sleeping loft space and 110 sf of covered deck plus the use of a small yard with extra seating and a fire pit. While inside our guests will find a small kitchen area with everything needed to make a morning coffee or a meal. There is a queen size bed and small storage space in the bedroom. A set of stairs will take our guests to a sleeping loft with another queen size mattress. We live on the property and are readily available to our guests if needed. We are located 4 miles away from downtown Valdez in an industrial part of town. We are near a bike path, 1 mile away from the airport and 1 mile away from historic Old Town beach. Please note we have RV and boat storage facilities on this property as well.
