Saltmere Cottage is the perfect place to unwind, enjoying all the modern amenities yet away from the hustle and bustle. With over 200 ft of unspoiled ocean front, this 2300 square foot home is situated on a 1 1/2 acre private lot. There is also a pond on the property not visible from the house, protected by a berm and trees. *Please note that there is a 7 night min stay (Saturday-Saturday) from June 27-September 5, 2026 . All other weeks is a 3 night minimum stay. The space Our cottage is tastefully decorated with 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and one on the main floor), 2 bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, living room, sunroom and a finished loft games room above the garage. The house was designed to give every opportunity of ocean views. You will not be able to miss the sights and sounds of crashing surf or admire the colony of seals that have made Apple Cove their home. The house boasts a well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, iron + ironing board, hair dryer, TV, satellite, wifi, pingpong table, beach chairs and much more.
