The space This loft is close to the PETIT-BOURG tourist office and all amenities.( bakery, shopping malls, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant etc.) Guest access Very easy to find, thanks to signage Other things to note ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE We will be present at your arrival (from 15h) and at your departure (release of the apartment before noon – thank you to inform us the day before your departure time so that we can take stock together) but we do not live on the site. Of course, we are at your disposal to come and meet you in case of need and by phone. LAUNDRY ROOM The laundry room is located at the end of the ground floor corridor, next to the Monbin apartment. You will find a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner that we thank you for putting back in place after use. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT We are all the more sensitive to the preservation of our natural resources because they are limited on the island, and our energy dependence on the outside is very strong. Our taps are equipped with consumption reducers and our bulbs are low consumption but this is not enough and we ask for your contribution, as concerned visitors: please do not leave the air conditioners on in your absence and do not let the water run unnecessarily. CHILDREN On request, there is an umbrella bed and booster seat. MAINTENANCE It is your responsibility to maintain your apartment. You have the necessary equipment and maintenance products, and also a vacuum cleaner (see LAUNDRY ROOM). INTERNET / TELEPHONE / ADAPTER You have free Wi-Fi in your apartment, the access code of which has been given to you on arrival. Upon request, we lend you: a rechargeable card mobile phone with your credit card by calling #124# (deposit €50) a universal power adapter LINENS BED sheets, towels and tea towels are changed every 7 nights. A change is possible on request, with extra charge (see SERVICES PLUS). PARKING / ACCESS You will find parking spaces along Rue Delgrès (which passes in front of the Tourist Office) or in the parking lot at the bottom of the residence, by the sea. Just like you would at home, be sure not to leave anything in your vehicle. Les Logis de Bel-Air has 4 apartments, including yours, in a small residential building. The badge of the entrance gate was given to you at the same time as the key of your apartment. In the event of loss of either, you will be charged the amount of the replacement. For the safety of all, we thank you for ensuring that it remains closed, when you leave but also when you enter. Selective GARBAGE CANS / SORTING The selective sorting is operational in our municipality. Thank you for helping us keep our identity as a "Ville Verte"! A sorting bin for recyclable items is under the sink. Household garbage: green container at the entrance to the building. Recyclable(glass/cardboard/plastics): yellow container at the entrance to the building. If they are full, the nearest collection bins are at the Morne Bourg viewpoint (exit from the village towards Goyave)
