This newly updated, modern home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a very private den with a sofa-bed, and is a great space for a family or a few couples – sleeps 12. Walk in the front door to a large entryway and stunning main floor. The large kitchen is every home cook's dream – a built-in fridge, a large island where you can cook and socialize, and enough room for anyone to help with the meals. The dining room has great mountain views and the cozy living room has a beautiful double-sided fireplace that looks through to the dining and kitchen area. On this main level, you also have a den with a pullout couch. This den has beautiful double doors so is very private for any guests that would like to use it as a bedroom. It’s on the ground level and makes it perfect to ski in and out. As a guest, you have use of one side of the garage – keep your car clear of the snow! There are 3 parking spots available for your stay – 1 in the garage and 2 additional outdoor spots in the driveway. Ski Access: Ski right out from your backdoor to the chairlift or the village. An easy ski straight home from the Silver Queen Chair. Please Note: This home has a year-round occupied suite; however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities within the property. Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
