The property is located in the Highlands of Louisville, 2 blocks from the Bardstown Road shops and restaurants, 2 blocks from our beautiful Cherokee Park and 2.8 miles from Downtown Louisville. Pool is available to all visitors and opens once weather is warm. The space Comfortable sofa and 65 in. smart TV. Bathroom has a tiled shower. Plenty of closet space. Free Wifi, as well as cable TV. Unit is thoroughly disinfected. Guest access Pool is available to guests. Washer and dryer in common area entrance to unit. This is for renter of basement unit and owner uses to wash pool towels. Other things to note Adults need to remain with any children in backyard due to pool.
