Beautiful historical house in downtown Ponce

Remodeled building located in Ponce’s historical downtown. Constructed with a blend of wood and cement it maintains the original Creole architectural style developed between the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. It has a grand living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and dining room and one bathroom. It also has a garage and two patios, one accessed privately through the master bedroom. Early check in and check out allowed at an additional cost. The space It is completely furnished and has all the commodities: fully functional kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and dishware, air conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in the rest of house, water heater for the bathroom, TV, internet and security cameras (24/7). We don’t know if during your stay in our property you are planning on spending much of your time out and about, or in the house. As explained previously, only the bedrooms have air conditioning. During summer months the common areas can get hot during the day. We do have ceiling fans and floor fans but everyone’s tolerance is different. Guest access Guests access the house through the front door. Other things to note The house also has street parking as well as private gated parking space.
