CENTRAL PALM ST JEAN

Ideally located in the attractive area of St Jean, you will enjoy the cozy atmosphere of Central Palm. You can shop in the surrounding shops and will be a 2-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, the bay of St Jean as well as Eden Rock and Nikky Beach. Several bars and restaurants as well as a nightclub (perfectly soundproofed) are also a stone's throw from the apartment. The space Central Palm is highly appreciated thanks to its location and carefully decorated atmosphere. Indeed, you can access the best beach clubs within a 3-minute walk. Shops are also located just down the street from the residence. You can also go to the restaurant or have a drink without taking the car, which is particularly nice. Free collective parking is available in front of the apartment, but it is not by name, which means that it is first come, first parked. It is sometimes difficult to park, especially in high season, as everywhere in St Barth. Some hours are easier than others; Paid parking is within a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a 160 cm bed. Linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels. Guest access There are no private parking spaces, but there is parking in front of my studio. There is also the possibility of parking downstairs, in front of the shops and taking the stairs to go up to the studio. Paid parking is also available nearby Other things to note In the event of a general cut of running water, a 300l tank is available.
