Chalet is located 5 Minutes from the Entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes from Ski Resort. The cabin is 5 minutes from the heart of Maggie but far enough away to enjoy amazing Mountain views. Easy access. Fully paved road to the chalet and parking. No steep hills. Gas heat-Air conditioned. Two Queen beds in the Upstairs Loft Bedroom. Downstairs Suite has one Queen bed, half bath with a sink and toilet. Downstairs also has a second full bathroom The space The chalet is located 5 minutes from the center of Maggie. Close enough for convenience of but far enough away for amazing views of Sheepback Mountian. We have lots of rockers as well as a comfortable couch and two recliners. We have rockers inside, everyone loves rockers. We also have rockers outside on the deck and in front of our cabin there are rockers and a picnic table for those evenings when you want to enjoy the cool mountain breezes or gaze up at those beautiful stars peeking out over those amazing mountain views. Occassionally an elk will join you. We provide quality linens, and mattresses. The upstairs loft is private, as is the downstairs master suite. Guest access There is a parking pad to the side of the chalet. There will be a side porch in front of you as you enter the driveway. The lock box is located on the rail of the side porch. This porch is covered for ease of entrance. The front deck is open with amazing views. Lock box number is provided once booking is confirmed. There are two keys in the lock box. Please return key to lock box upon departure. Other things to note We provide coffee, sweetners, tea and spices. We have smart TVs with lots of channels and apps. There is a side table in the kitchen as well as a large round table. The chalet is comfortable and has lots of little extras. There is a scrap book that has information that is helpful in planning your stay. It has maps and tidbits of information about Restaurants and activities close to the cabin. We have a full size washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. We understand that vacation time is valuable and we want your stay to be fun and relaxing. Waking up at the chalet is always relaxing. There is something wonderful about being surrounded by nature. There are a group of A-Frame chalets in this area. The views from out deck and out our front door are unobstructed and beautiful. The road to the chalet and the short lane is fully paved, no steep hills. The driveway and parking are fully paved. There is a gravel area directly in front of the chalet for extra parking or for larger trucks with a trailer. We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.
