The space Of all our accommodations, this was the first and it is also the cheapest, mainly because it is the only one without a kitchen, although it does have utensils and appliances necessary for your stay. You can arrive at any time after your check-in time because you will get for your keys from a Lock Box and for check out a similar process to make it easier for you. It is right in front of the street so it could be heard if there is noise from the street although this is very unusual. It is located on a second level. It is accessed by walking up stairs at the front of the building. The LockBox has Suite's name DS1. All the windows and doors of the accommodation have metal bar protections. The accommodation has an unused and locked from both sides door that in special cases we enable to connect with another accommodation in the same building when both booked at the same time. If you only booked one, no one will be able to open this door so you don't have to worry. Sometimes sounds can be heard from that other accommodation and vice versa, so we ask all our guests to maintain a prudent volume of their activities. In the building there are three accommodations and two open parking positions without signaling, so you must ensure that you place your vehicle in a way that allows a second vehicle to enter. Insects proliferate in this type of climate. In our struggle to combat them, we have placed a special drain in the bathroom in the accommodation that prevents insects from entering through this route. The issue with this is that it removes water very slowly. It is very important that you take this into account because if you leave the water constantly coming out when you shower, your bathroom can flood. If you need the drain to remove the water faster, you can momentarily remove a kind of round plug that has the drain in the middle. We recommend leaving doors and windows closed to prevent the entry of mosquitoes. To avoid the proliferation of insects during your stay, place food scraps in the trash asap, clean liquid spills and others, and frequently take out the garbage.
