My wife Glenda was born and raised in Alaska. I am originally from Mississippi. Glenda and I moved back to Alaska after I retired from 40+ years with Bechtel Corp. Alaska is my playground because of my hobbies - photography and cooking. Beautiful, cozy, 650sf loft on 2nd level. Country accents with quilts and photos. Please note that you can can hear talking and cooking from the lower living area. Full private bath located in the loft. Guests have access to loft, kitchen and living area. Living area has cathedral windows that overlook woods and mountain scenery. When needed by guests I will be available. We are nestled in the woods on the left off E.Doc McKinley Ave. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and very scenic. We have a mild mannered 5 year old female Black Lab/Australian Shepherd mix dog. She is friendly and loves people.
