Centrally located room with privacy and use of kitchen

Private room in a couple's home, 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, guest bathroom, shared kitchen, Internet. The room is suitable for 1 or 2 people. There are multiple amenities within walking distance: banks, restaurants, movie theaters, garages, colonial buildings, etc. The space I have many plants. You can cook and use everything in the kitchen including chili peppers, sauces, oil, salt and other spices. It is expected that if you eat something, you will contribute something of similar value. If you bring a car, there is a pension 200 meters from the house. They charge 35 per night. On weekends I can serve as a driver and tourist guide as well as transport you in my car if required. During your stay Occasionally I am in Kananguio but there are people who can receive you and solve any problems that may arise. Other things to note The solar heater should be sufficient for 6 people but, if required, there is another backup gas heater. Occasionally I may have a visit from one of my three children.
