LOCATION Walk to all the nearby waterfront restaurants and bars, shopping , sight seeing HISTORIC CHARLESTON PENINSULA & Sullivans Island BEACHES. This ground floor bungalow has just 4 few steps up to a loft with a queen size bedroom.& 8 ft ceilings. There is a smart tv in the bedroom as well as the living area which is open with a dining table and queen sofa bed. A full bathtub and shower, sink, toilet and linen closet off the living area. THE kitchen has a full size refrigerator, Kuerig coffee & reg coffee maker, Air fryer oven, hot plate, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, microwave & George Foreman grill . There is a private outside pergola with a couch & chairs for having coffee or wine or simply reading a book & relaxing. The decor inside is light and airy w a beachy flair. You have your own ac/heat mini-split system hvac system with a remote. (Very important when choosing a airbnb) There’s a dining table outside as well as a small fireplace. The atmosphere is calm quiet and genuine with plants and flowery garden. The fresh flowers inside and extras make this central convenient location an excellent choice for Shem Creek, Charleston and local Beach vacations! You are less than 10 mins drive and after a day of site seeing walk to waterfront dining only Shem Creek offers in abundance on the water. Parking is free & location is close if you are not close it’s hard to find parking and if you do you pay. There is slot of plus’s to Shem Creek Place which is why I have maintained Superhost 2016 Look forward hosting? Guest access Parking is on a private lot onsite with 3 parking spaces on Live Oak drive . Your space is B on left. Pull forward up to the white fence. Take the side walk to the front via a red brick patio. Lockbox is on red French doors.B Enter the code I give you and push the button to pop out the key inside. If you have more than 1 vehicle please let me know & I will designate another on-site spot. Lost keys $25 Other things to note If you book a Friday/Saturday you must take both days. But please ask and I may make an exception. There is a max of 2 guests that may occupy This is for safety and rules set by the town. No sleeping outside on the patio area. Small outdoor fire pit. I provide wood for one fire. Wood is available to buy at grocery stores and Lowes. No smoking or vaping inside. Outside at least 12 ft from the French doors is ok providing it does bother anyone. I do not to take animals. And service animals I would prefer you choose another place that is equipped and does take animals. Blue garbage can out front for paper and plastic if you recycle. Otherwise brown garbage cans take all trash.
