LOCATION: 4 miles from Delta Junction city center. This apartment is attached to a boathouse with a partial view of the Alaska Range on a wooded lot. It is situated on the lot next to where the owners reside. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bathroom. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave and a full sized refrigerator. A futon in the living area converts to a double bed if needed. The apartment has a small fully enclosed covered porch for bug free enjoyment. In the summer, two provided cots can be placed in this covered porch if needed. A flat screen TV with DVD library is available for entertainment. There is no cable or internet available, but free internet is available at the local library. The apartment is equipped with a small capacity washer/dryer unit. The apartment fits 4 comfortably, however because we do have the two cots available to sleep in the covered porch in the summer, travelers of 6 are welcome to stay if they are comfortable with "cot sleeping". There is no extra cost for the additional two people.
