In the master bedroom you'll enjoy a king bed and a very pleasant balcony to watch sunsets. In bedroom two and three, you will have two single beds and in the fourth bedroom you will have a double bed and a single bed. It has a large terrace with an outdoor exit and a dining room so you can enjoy the breeze at all hours and listen to the waves hitting the cliff. Guest access To access a numeric password will be provided at your arrival. Other things to note GENERAL RULES FOR THE POOL, APARTMENTS AND COMMON AREAS 1. The maximum capacity allowed in each apartment is 2 adults per room and 2 children under 12 years of age. In the case of penthouses, up to 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed. 2. Two vehicles are allowed per apartment. 3. Visitor access must not exceed the maximum number of people allowed per apartment, and they may not use common areas. Visits must be authorized by the administrator. 4. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 5. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 6. Diving is prohibited in the pool. 7. The use or introduction of the following in the pool areas is prohibited: a. Underwear, t-shirts or shorts that are not suitable for the pool. b. Tanning lotions, oils and sand. c. Food and beverages of any kind. Eating or drinking is not allowed on the poolside. d. Smoking on the poolside or inside the pool, as well as using chewing gum. e. Any type of floating inflatable figure, except floats for babies in arms. f. Speakers 8. No pets of any kind are allowed in the pool area. 9. Only two beds are allowed per apartment and it is forbidden to set aside beds, tables or chairs. 10. Access to the pool is not allowed to cleaning person or nannies. 11. You must deposit the garbage in its place and always leave the area used clean. 12. No running or rough play in the pool area. 13. Babies must wear special pool diapers. 14. In the event that any furniture in the pool area is damaged, the administrator must be notified and the damages caused must be paid. 15. Only people registered in the reservation will be allowed access. 16. Those caught committing moral misconduct or improper acts will be reported to the administrator and fines and penalties will be imposed. 17. The volume inside the apartments must not exceed 70 decibels, measured with a sound meter two meters away from the apartment door, between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. 18. Those caught using narcotics will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 19. Private security personnel are not allowed to stay in the condominium. 20. Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules will be sanctioned with a fine in accordance with the established tabulator, and if not contemplated in the tabulator, the fine will be $3,500 MXN. 21. A security deposit of $5,000 MXN will be requested upon arrival. Table for fines for non-compliance with the regulations of the owners of the Brisas del Marques Condominium: 1. Non-compliance with noise standards: for example, excessive noise after certain hours, use of noisy equipment without authorization in common areas (swimming pools or restaurants) or on balconies and terraces. a. Failure to comply with maintenance regulations: for example, not repairing damage caused by the owner or his guests, not keeping his unit in good condition, care of common areas Fine: $2,500 Mexican. 3. Unauthorized use of private common areas: bringing unauthorized objects, food and beverages to pool areas, glass containers, reserving spaces, using music equipment in pools with high volume (complaints from other users), dangerous games or unauthorized implements in common pool areas. a. First notice: Owner is notified b. Second notice, Fine: $2500. c. Third Notice, Fine $5,000 and people are removed from common areas. 4. Inappropriate behavior: inappropriate behavior, disrespect or aggression towards the condominium's staff or users. Fine: $10,000 Mexican pesos. 5. Entry of unauthorized persons, (guests, or users of apartments above the maximum authorized number), Suggested fine $5,000 Mexican pesos. 6. Failure to comply with the rental regulations in any of its articles: Suggested fine $5,000 Mexican pesos. 7. Failure to pay the aforementioned fines in a timely manner will be sanctioned with the cutting of basic services in the apartments and the impossibility of using common areas. 8. Any infraction not mentioned in these points will be charged at $3,500 Mexican pesos Below we share the Pool and Common Areas regulations of the project: 1. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 2. Pool use is exclusive to Condominium Owners. 3. Access to the pool is the responsibility of the condominium owner, we do not have lifeguards. 4. Please use the shower before entering the pool. 5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 6. Diving is prohibited. 7. Only snacks will be allowed to be brought in, all kinds of snacks must be inside plastic containers, it is forbidden to bring them in their original packaging bag, in the case of bringing coolers, place it inside the bar. 9. It is forbidden to enter the pool area with bags from convenience stores. 10. It is forbidden to move loungers, tables and/or chairs. 11. Please leave garbage in its designated place. 12. Please use an appropriate volume on music players, avoiding disturbing others. 13. Do not leave valuables unattended. If your belongings are found on the furniture, they will be sent to the administrative office as lost. 14. Running or playing rough games in the pool area is prohibited 15. Babies must use special diapers for the pool. 16. Towels must be white and must have the Punta Marques, tower and apartment logo embroidered in gold. 17. In the event of damage to the furniture in this area, the administrator will be notified and payment must be made for the damage caused. 18. Access will be allowed to 8 people per apartment and the use of 4 lounge chairs only in high seasons or if the common area is saturated. 19. Access to security personnel and domestic personnel to the pool area is not allowed. 20. Anyone caught committing moral offenses or improper acts will be reported to the administrator to proceed with fines and penalties. 21. Anyone caught using narcotics will be reported to the authorities.
