Brand New 3 Bedroom Apartment with all appliances and home furniture. Each Room is equipped with AC, Elegant Chandeliers and a whole wall mirror closet. 2 Bathrooms, one in the Master Bedroom. Parking space available for one Vehicle. Pool is available right across the building by the Gazebo. Hours are from 8am-8pm. No children are allowed to be unattended. No lifeguard on Duty. Balcony at rear by living room. Restaurant and shopping Stores available. Very clean an private residence. The space The guest are able to use the entire apartment except the backyard. The are able to use the back porch only. Guest access Guess have access to the entire apartment except the closet in the hallway by the room. That’t a storage closet for apartment supplies. Other things to note Apartment has been modified. Washer is also a dryer. That is not in our control. But we are working to have a solution so that My apartment always has light for my Guests. I want to clarify that when using anything from the kitchen after it has been used you have to clean it. Apartment Also has a Generator so when the light leaves the apartment light will stay on.
