The space The house with its great location, shows spectacular views of the place. A pool and a hot tub with ocean view makes it wonderful. Included daily cleaning service, cook and bartender from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The house is located close to downtown, it is only 10 minutes away by car. Enjoy access to a beautiful pebble stone cove. Kayak rides are a must, to explore the bay and beautiful beaches. Our kayaks are complementary. If you enjoy snorkelling swim and paddle board, this is something you can also do. Please consider that some of this activities have an extra cost. For a better experience we recommend our guests to bring water shoes. Guest access Enjoy complementary access upon request to Contramar beach club, and to a unique sea pebble stone cove located just downstairs the house. Consider that all beached are public. Contramar beach club has sunbeds, tables and chairs. It also has a BBQ grill that you can use. (Upon request). There is no service, guests need to bring food and drinks. Moderate music allowed. We recommend to use water shoes to enjoy better swims in this beautiful place. Other things to note The staff, (cook, bartender, housekeeping and handyman) is included from 9:00am to 6:00pm. •We have a menu from the one you can choose your daily meals. •We can assist you with a grocery purchase so we can have it ready for you at the house, as well as the ingredients of the meals you may request, this service has an extra fee. •All food and beverages requested are not included. **The payment of the products is required before the arrival via wire transfer.** Cooking, bartender, cleaning, and waiter service are included from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. •We have a menu from which you can choose your food daily. •We can attend with the necessary purchases at the supermarket, so that upon arrival they are already ready at the house, as well as the ingredients to cook the requested meals, this for an additional cost of service. •All drinks and food requested are not included. **Payment for requested purchases is made prior to arrival by bank transfer.**
