I have had some very interesting people stay with me throughout the years on a past AirBNB page. I've enjoyed sharing my home to; doctors, pro athletes, musicians, artists, actors, business owners, or just down-to-earth fun loving, pleasant regular folk. etc. Everyone is uniquely interesting. C. - Common areas; hidden monitored cameras for everyone's Guest access 1.) UNREGISTERED GUESTS are not permitted on the premise. If they are picking up a register guest, parking is available for free on the street. 2.) Register guests have a private room they rented but no access to bedrooms not rented. 3.) Personal sitting space a common area is available outside each bedroom and a personal bathroom too. Use the one designated to your bedroom. 4.) The outside doors will be open until 11 pm. NB: Emergency 24/7 call: 911. * In the event of an emergency call me too! Other things to note 1.) After two, or more guests, ASK for a 50% discount OFF for the 2nd guest's room price for one night. Regardless the size of the group of registered guests. b. Adding 3rd or 4th person to bedroom. Air Mattress floor; add; $25/person per night. c. When all bedrooms are full, 6+. Over flow space is available in Common Areas. $40/night/person/common area; sofa, air mattress, floor, etc. **** FULL HOUSE RENTAL**** At least 2 weeks, advance booking is required. 6-12 adults, maximum 20 adults . Minimum stay 3-days. $500 CDN/nt. or $2100/7 nts. (Add: $30/nt/ person each added person after the 12th person, to a maximum of 20 people). After 15 people booked, each person must bring their own air mattress or something to sleep on, or sleep on the floor as is. Over 3000 sq. ft. Huge patio deck and back yard, (325 ft x 75 ft) suited for all types of outdoor games. (Security damage/loss/ deposit of $2000.00 CDN ) * Local catering services available.
