Ocean Front Cedar Cottage & Screen Porch + Beach

This 900 sqft A-frame ocean front cottage has beautiful pine vaulted ceilings just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. The 3 bedrooms are cozy, with 1 queen, 1 double, and a bunk bed plus a crib. You can swim, walk and explore the beach. There is a swing set on the property and a large deck. Sit around the fire pit in the adirondack chairs and roast some marshmallows. Our cottage is a 5 minute drive to Mira Gut beach (life guarded) and Port Morien Beach, and only 20 minutes to Sydney! The space Don't forget your water shoes as the beach is rocky, and its "new" each year based on the tides. Other things to note There is no cell phone service at the cottage. There is a home phone, which uses the internet (voice-over IP) - if the internet is out, the phone will not work. If your cell phone is capable, you can use wifi calling via the internet.
