Our cozy complex rental units are located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. We offer relaxing oasis' that are less than 3 minutes to the beach. Where you can enjoy a sunset spot and tourist area. The space Stay in this cozy house in Aguadilla's premier location with two floors Our fully-equipped studio/efficiency offers a cozy retreat with cutting-edge smart home features and has all the comforts of home including a work desk for business or dining. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI and enjoy the convenience of AAA cleanliness standards. Our attentive staff is on hand to make your short, midterm, or long-term stay unforgettable. Guest access You will be provided with a 4 digit code for keyless entry to the VIP main door, side shower door and your room door. In case of emergency or lock issues there is a backup key in a secured, lighted key box located directly to the side of room door. Backup code to keybox will be given when needed. Key-must stay on property. $150 fee for lost key. Best to leave the key in the keybox on the property You can always contact the host if you have any problems with access to the house. Other things to note We wish you a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We are excited to host you for a relaxing vacation here in beautiful Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. You'll be staying in the lower level unit. We kindly ask everyone to respect our property and treat it with care. House Rules: Check-in is 4:00 PM or later Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier Need a little extra time? Let us know and we do everything we can to accommodate your request. Late check-out has an extra charge of $25 USD for the first hour. $15 the second hours ($40 total) and $10 for the third hour. ($50 total) and is subject to availability, pre approval and prior payment. Our housekeeping team needs time to prepare for the next guests. If checkout is taken with prior approval and/or communication is impossible for checkout a $50 per hour charge will be assessed for extra staff fee and any inconvenience to incoming guest. Just communicate please for a easy and delightful experience. No Pets Allowed: Please contact the host. Bringing pets will result in a $250 USD fine and potential cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Garbage Guidelines: Please ensure all trash is in closed plastic bags and place them in the barrels near the fence. Large plastic bags must be tightly secured for pick-up. Guest Registration: All guests must present a full official ID with photograph. Generator Usage: A self-operated generator is available. Instructions will be provided when necessary. Please refrain from using it for A/C; fans will be provided during prolonged power outages. Parking: We don't have a parking area. Wi-Fi: 500/30 High-speed Wi-Fi provided. The best in the area and it works fast in all rooms and we recommend it for those who work from home. Keep Sand Out: Use the provided shower by the side entrance to rinse off sand. Excessive sand incurs a $75 USD charge. No Candles or Hair Dye: $150 USD charge for using prohibited items. Water Conservation: Conserve water; we have a solar water heater and gravity-run water tank. Electricity and Utilities: No refunds for outages; municipal upgrades are ongoing. Septic Systems: Do not flush any paper down the toilet. Use the provided wastebasket. Dishes: Clean all items before check-out. Laundry: Not for guest use; laundry service available for a fee. Accidents and Damages: Report any damages immediately. Linens: Exchange towels weekly for stays over 7 days. Toiletries: Starter items provided; please use septic-safe toilet paper only. Excessive Dirtiness: Excessive dirtiness incurs a $100 USD charge; weekly cleanings mandated for long stays. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM are quiet hours. Inclement Weather: No refunds for inclement weather, but normally the island has a wonderful weather No smoking inside the facilities : $150 USD fine for smoking; reservation termination for violators. Right of Entry: We reserve the right to enter for emergencies maintenance and inspections. All attempts at notification will occur. Guests: Extra guests must be prearranged; unauthorized guests may result in termination of the rental agreement. Unit Condition: Please maintain the unit's cleanliness and refrain from moving furniture.
