Thirty (30) days maximum per contract term; the contract is renewable. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Bar inside to facilitate guest who want to have good time 24/7. Our prices are unbeatable, and our staff is very friendly and capable. 24hrs water, electricity, wifi, cold and hot water.
