Our condo has an "old Mexico" style and feel to it. It is very bright with lots of color and very fun decor! If you are moving into town for a new job and need a place to stay while finding your permanent residence, or you are here for medical or military or professional training or a traveling nurse: you would be a perfect fit for our home. We are very close to all the major freeways, and included is a parking space inside my garage for a normal size car. The space The guest bedroom was recently remodeled and has a King sized bed with a new mattress, very comfortable from what my previous guests tell me. En-suite bathroom with a shower. Lots of drawer space and closet space for your clothes and a desk to work from. Also I have a a Housekeeper that comes in every two weeks and cleans the whole house including the guest room. Guest access Upstairs family room with a big screen TV, the kitchen ,dinning area and the living room and the downstairs bathroom. Essentially the whole house is is opened for you except the other 2 bedrooms. Oh and the patio is also nice to sit in and drink your morning joe or tea. During your stay Yes I am retired but stay busy hiking local trails, going to the gym and yoga classes. There is plenty of space in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator for your food items. I’ve had guests from all over the world and have made some very good friends over the years doing Air BNB. Other things to note Our neighborhood is very quiet and we are close to most of the major freeways so you can get to the following in 15 minutes: the Zoo, Sea World, downtown San Diego,UTC, Balboa Park and the beach. North County (Legoland would be about 30 minutes.)Also we have tennis courts about 3 blocks from us, no fees.If you like hiking there is a regional park 2 miles away with many challenging trails to explore.We also have a nice path that surrounds our whole subdivision that is about 1.8 miles walk and you’ll meet lots of friendly people with every type of dog ( Im a big fan of dogs and cats)
