Guest access The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property. Guests have access to the ocean side with its private man-made beach. This area has covered gazebo , sun beds and BBQ facilities. Perfect place to relax have a drink and enjoy the soothing ocean waves and the view of the surrounding islands. Other things to note Think GREEN! Please keep the room doors and windows close when the A/C is on. Turn it off before leaving the apartment.
