Bring your boat or seafood as the boat launch is included in your rental Ask about renting our surf boat with a driver 2019 Super Air Nautique g23 with all the equipment needed for tubbing surfing and wakeboarding with optional Hydro foil!! or just cruise in the ultimate luxury in surf boats!! You're on the lakefront with a large beach complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas and out-door showers with drinking fountains so pull up a lounger and relax on the beautiful beach in the sun! In the evening watch the most amazing sunset glisten off the lake, sit around the cozy gas fireplace, or lay on the beach watching the stars and enjoy some peace quiet! Have a fire and roast marshmallows while telling campfire stories. please keep in mind fire bans may apply please check also bring your own fire wood. Each Suite has a Master Bedroom with 50 inch smart TV with Netflix and WIFI. There is also a loft with 2 single beds that require you to use a ladder to access you can push them together to make into one bed or keep them separate, for additional 2 guests we have a pull out sofa in each suite for a total of 6, Bathroom with corner shower, 6 towels, toilet paper. Fully equipped Kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, over, stove, dishwasher and more, includes coffee & tea, island with 5 bar stools, Washer & Dryer and a robot mop and vacuum to keep your floors clean with a push of a button! All floors are heated to keep you toasty warm in the winter. And full central A/C on the hot days! There are natural gas BBQs for all your cooking needs. Bring your own beach towels the towels provide are not for use on the beach. * NOTE : All Tap Water and Showers Are Reverse-osmosis Water 100 Percent safe & drinkable Connecting the suites is a large Common area with 20' ceilings, large covered deck directly out the front doors of your suite with a million dollar view, floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the views of the lake and a beautiful stone gas fireplace to curl up in front of in the evenings. This area is shared between the suites, (book both sides to have all to your selfs) its fully furnished, and has board games for those rainy days or winter nights, water cooler/hot , 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix above fire place! Has separate secured doors for entry between the 2 cabin suites for extra privacy when needed Great for friends & family getaway fishing, Business meetings, Small weddings, wellness groups, relaxing. NO PARTIES ALLOWED anyone not obeying this rule will be evicted immediately with no refunds of money (including damage deposit) No outside guests are allowed to visit the cabins or beach area unless approved. Just in case you've forgotten something the town of Silton is a short 10 minute drive, with a General convenience Store & Liquor Store open 7 days a week, and a licensed Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor, COOP card lock, Hardware store Or Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park that has a licensed restaurant on the waterfront , water park, mini Golf, bumper boats a marina store with fuel and fishing gear, Rowans Ridge offers weekend markets and food trucks! Like playing hockey or skating on a outdoor lake rink right out front with a fire pit to keep warm or cook on. (Bring own wood) Also we have an ice fishing shack for rent 10x8 with 6 holes, propane and heater supplied ready for you and the family to enjoy. Tobogganing hill right in the back yard so you can keep an eye on the kids while your sitting around the warm gas fire place in the common area! Cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking trails, snowmobile trails with the Big D warm up shacks 2 km away, cook your lunch on the large wood burning cook stove with wood supplied! A queen size Air Bed is available to use in the common area, only applies if you have both condos rented as the common area is shared, extra fees apply and must be approved before booking. There is approx 7km of gravel road to travel, Bring life jackets for the use of the kayaks and canoes (included in the rental) All water is reverse osmosis RO water and is safe to drink
