The space The Opal Apartment is a spacious 1-bedroom unit providing a comfortable and private retreat. As you step into your private space, you'll find: A large bedroom with a queen-size bed, 50" Smart TV, work desk, and air conditioning for a restful stay. The Living Room features a cozy sofa, an open-faced closet with hangers, a luggage rack, an iron, hairdryer, and direct views of the enchanting koi pond. The well-appointed bathroom includes a sink, a generously sized mirror, and a shower designed for the utmost comfort. In addition to the fully private apartment with its dedicated entrance, the only shared space is a spacious kitchen. This communal area is thoughtfully designed to accommodate various guests at any time of the day. It features a large refrigerator divided for each apartment, a 4-range stove, kitchen sink, coffee machine, and essential kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. We provide complimentary 100% local coffee. Note that we do not offer items like condiments (salt, pepper, seasoning, oil) to ensure freshness in the tropical climate. For a serene outdoor experience, our garden at the back of the house boasts a 12-foot koi pond with live fish and outdoor seating for your relaxation. Guest access To access the property, you will use a gated door for which we will provide you with the necessary codes. The keys to the apartment can be retrieved from a lockbox on-site. We offer 3 parking spots on-site, available on a first-come-first-serve basis for guests. Your apartment comes with a private entrance, ensuring complete privacy for you and your party. It includes a bathroom, living room, and bedroom exclusively for your use. The shared spaces are limited to the Kitchen and Outdoor Garden areas, both located outside of your private apartment. These areas may be utilized by guests as communal spaces. Other things to note At The Emerald, we've cultivated an environment where relaxation and interaction with fellow guests are encouraged through outdoor common grounds. The kitchen is a shared space for all guests, and we kindly request that you clean up after yourself to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. Each apartment has a designated space in the refrigerator; please respect others' items. The outdoor garden features a large live KOI pond. Refrain from feeding the fish, as they have a specific diet, and any foreign substances may harm them. The pond area is under constant camera surveillance, and any damage or negligence will be attributed to the guest, potentially incurring additional costs. As you're in a tropical climate, be prepared for mosquito and ant activity, especially during the summer season.
