Cozy Bedroom Near Capitol Hill

We've got an extra room in our cute SLC home! Walking distance to Salt Palace Convention Center. By car we're 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from the mountains. Very walkable neighborhood and a perfect home base while you're exploring beautiful Salt Lake City. The space Our house was built in 1890 and sits in the middle of the quiet Marmalade District—named for the abundance of fruit trees that line the streets. The hardwood floors are original to the house, but everything else has been updated. Our favorite part is the fire pit and entertaining space in the backyard! Guest access You'll have your own private room. Bathroom is shared with the two of us if we are home (but we will give you plenty of privacy). Feel free to cook in the kitchen and use the washer and dryer. Our bedroom is off limits, but that's about it! During your stay Interaction is up to you! We'll do our best to give you plenty of space, but we also love chatting with our guests and getting to know new people. Do note that we have a very friendly/sweet golden retriever. She loves to play and ask for scratches, but she's pretty quick to recognize if you'd prefer your space. Just let us know how comfortable you are around dogs and we will accommodate you as best we can! Other things to note We love to travel, and Airbnb has been our absolute favorite way to do it! We've made friends all around the world through Airbnb, and we're so excited to finally be able to offer our own home to travelers! Can't wait to meet you!
