Traditional Mexican Colonial style house that resembles a small town. It has 7 rooms for 28 people. Pool, Jacuzzi, Games Room with Billiards, over 1,500 square meters of beautiful gardens, parking for 7 cars. The space The rental price for the entire house includes; a change of sheets per week, 2 to 4 large towels per room and one hand towel, pool towels, toilet paper, hand soap, gas, electricity, water and wireless internet and the use of everything the house has. A person in the kitchen to help with cooking and washing dishes and utensils. Includes check-in and check-out cleaning. A control is provided for the electric door at the street entrance. Bedroom 4: 2 double beds and 1 single bed. 5 people maximum. Bedroom 5: 2 double beds and 1 single bed. 5 people maximum. Bedroom 6: 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 5 people maximum. Room 7: 2 single beds. 2 people maximum. The maximum total allowed is 28 people. Every room has a full bathroom. Services: Chapel. Pool (Solar heater) Jacuzzi for 10 people. (gas heater) Living room with TV. Dining room for 12 people. Terrace with 3 tables for 20 people in total. Half bathroom on the terrace. Dressing room with full bathroom. Game room-Canteen with Billiards and Soccer with half bathroom. IMPORTANT: Events with loud sound are not allowed after 11 pm as the house is located in a private residential area, so the authorities could close your event if the rules are not respected. Guest access All areas and places in the house are available to guests. Other things to note The pool is solar heated and in summer reaches up to 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), and the 10-person hot tub is gas heated, which is included, and reaches up to 38 degrees Celsius (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit). If you'd like to hold an event on the property, there is an additional cost. Bringing external vendors and allowing more people in than are going to stay is considered an event. This price is based on the number of people at the event. The event is allowed as long as you respect the music volume schedules, parking, and the facilities.
