The property is accessed via a small path leading from the car park and fronted by decorative plants. The front door opens into a large attractive kitchen with contemporary appliances and large centre island for dining. Wooden steps to one side lead upstairs to the bedroom and downstairs to the main living area of this three-level home. The large air-conditioned bedroom with high beamed ceiling has been artistically furnished and has wooden floorboards, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite with bathtub. There is air condition on each floor. Glass doors open onto a generous verandah with sweeping vistas of tropical vegetation, sparkling ocean and Montserrat in the distance.
