This modern luxury condo has a large living space with large windows, a gas fireplace and lot's of comfortable seating. On the mantle there is a 55" Smart TV for high quality entertainment. The dining area is nicely decorated with large windows. The kitchen is both clean and modern. Granite counter tops and Brand New GE appliances including a dishwasher, make this place a pleasure to cook and prepare meals in. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with a King bed that has a soft comfortable mattress topper and luxurious bedding. The bathroom offers a cocoon bath tub that is taller than normal and great for soaking after a long day on the mountain. The shower is great because of both a great shower head and great water pressure. All of this makes this place an exceptional place to stay. Guest access Our condo is on the first floor. From the underground garage you will walk up a small flight of stairs and our condo is the first door you come to. Literally steps from your car! Other things to note →Please remember your staying in my house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7 We have done everything that we can think of to make this place awesome. During the summer we enjoy hosting many guests that are exploring the National Parks. Brian Head is a beautiful central point to explore the parks.
