"This Is The Life!" is an OCEANFRONT/BEACHFRONT condo on Sapphire Beach. Located in Building B, the best beach location on Sapphire is in your "backyard". Our completely renovated studio condo is pleased to provide you with luxury and top-of-the-line amenities throughout! From the custom white cabinetry & granite countertops, this upscale condo is a renters' dream! 2020 improvements include a Samsung Smart TV, a Beautyrest Silver Collection mattress and an upholstered dinette set. The space No expense was spared for B207's guests: luxurious Ralph Lauren plush bath towels, bath rugs & beach towels, quilt & linens, all appliances (large & small) are Kitchen Aid, Calphalon pots/pans, 2 coffee makers (Keurig & drip), panini maker, ice maker and among other things, a Kitchen Aid blender for your favorite frozen tropical drinks! Stemware includes white & red wine glasses, stemless wine glasses, champagne flutes and margarita glasses! Free wifi. The pantry is stocked with kitchen essentials, such as olive oil, salt & pepper, commonly used spices, vanilla, coffee filters, sugar substitute packets, sugar packets, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich ziploc bags, wax paper, dish soap & dishwasher detergent. Kitchen towels are provided and a roll of paper towels. Bathroom includes 2 sinks in white granite countertop, rainfall shower head with pebble flooring in large shower. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are provided, although brands may vary. Bath towels are provided. Toilet paper for the first day or so is provided; however, you will need to purchase more. Entrance to the condo is via a touchpad door lock. The code will be provided with the check-in instructions. There is a safe in our large closet for safe keeping of your valuables. For your convenience, we also have a cooler for your use in the closet. Please refer to our condo notebook for information that you may be helpful. We include our recommendations on many charter trips and we provide menus on many local restaurants. The deck provides amazing views of the turquoise clear ocean, the British Virgin Islands and the amazing colors displayed in the evenings! There is a bar height table and chairs is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. There's no need to pack supplies for the beach and there's no long walks to the bathroom because the condo is right behind your beach chair! This is the part of the beach that everyone walks to for the soft sand and spectacular views! We provide beach towels, snorkeling masks & fins in various sizes for our guests. There is a cooler in the closet (no glass is allowed on the beach). We also have travel beach chairs, if you choose to visit another beach. We feel that Sapphire Beach is the premiere snorkeling destination on St. Thomas. The diverse marine life is simply spectacular. You'll see fish in every color of the rainbow, southern rays, spotted eagle rays, sea turtles, eels, reef squid and perhaps even a rare sighting of an octopus! There is a volleyball court on the beach in front of B207. Guests will be excited to see the iguanas and ducks on the beach and the free range chickens. Free beach chairs are provided by the Chair Attendant (located between Buildings A & B) for resort guests. Free parking on premises. Sapphire Beach Resort provides 24 hour security with a guard checking all vehicles in/out of the property. You will frequently see guards on foot duty as they patrol day and night.
