Enjoy this beautiful and bright studio, just 100 meters from one of the best surfing beaches in the world. Walking takes you 15 minutes to get to the famous Calle del Morro or La Punta, the 2 areas of bars and restaurants with local and international cuisine, ideal for a romantic getaway. If you want to swim on a beautiful beach, you will need to travel by car, it will take you only 10 minutes. Consider that the internet at home is basic. It may not be enough for video conferencing. The space This beautiful, spacious and bright studio of 60 m2 has: -King Size Bed - Sofa bed - AC and pedestal fan - Kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2-burner induction grill, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender and basic cooking utensils) - Smart TV -1 full bathroom -Balcony with partial ocean view. Guest access Only adults or children over 12 years old. Other things to note It is important to mention that the loft is 100 meters from the beach, like one block away, but it is not in front of it. The access entrance is on Pinos street, outside you can leave your car. the loft is located on the second floor, so you will need to use the stairs to access. The loft is inside a property (the apartment owners), however it has private access with a private staircase. The space is ideal for 2 adults The beaches for swimming are a 5 or 10 min drive away. There are two stores nearby, about two blocks away, to buy only the basics. Pharmacies, groceries in general, meats, etc. You can get them at the Zicatela market, which is about 5 blocks away. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest. The change of towels has an extra charge of $150 pesos. We do NOT have parking on the property. Electricity service may occasionally be affected by a widespread outage. This service is provided by third parties, so any failure, interruption, or variation is beyond the host's control.
