Separated from the main house by a laundry room for which guests have priority. Cozy space with a lazy boy that seats two, a fully functional kitchen, a dining area, and a desk. The bedroom has a comfortable new bed and individual heat control. Guest access Space for one car in the tripe-wide driveway. There is also ample space on the street for parking.
