Please message me for details.**** This particular unit is on our bottom floor basement area of our home with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, bedrooms, and living space. It is very well lit with full windows at ground level with black out curtains. You will have coffee, fully stocked laundry supplies, and extensive kitchenware. We have plenty of parking for you to have guests, including off street parking. Guests in this Unit will have addtional access to the deck and yard to enjoy! The deck has multiple seating options, a propane firepit and a grill with table seating to enjoy a nice BBQ on a sunny day. ***This unit DOES NOT include the hot tub as it does not have direct access and additional charges apply for this feature. *** My husband and I live on the 3rd floor with our little dog Luigi. I am available for questions at anytime by phone call or a knock on the door! I love to socialize with my guests! It is what I love most about Airbnb and being a host and Co-host! In the summer months, the deck and fire pit is a great place for us to hang out and let you know about local places to check out that are hidden gems from the tourist traps. I also LOVE being a tour guide for my guests to make sure they have the best possible experience while they are here in Alaska. We are a huge state and their is so much to see! I can always point you in the right direction :) The south side of Anchorage is the hidden gem location for those who like to live like a local! We have so many local restaurants, clothing and accessories shops, local coffee joints, parks for walking, hiking and skiing, convenient grocery store, banks, thrift stores ect. We are located on the very edge of town, going South out of Anchorage to places like Girdwood, Portage Glacier, Kenai, Seward and Homer. If you plan on heading south on your Alaska adventures, trust me when I tell you being on the edge of town really helps with getting ahead of traffic from everyone in town! The famous coast of Cook Inlet Alaska is just minutes from our home and is a beautiful scenic view of our mountains and reflective bay. It is truly a site to see! Oceanview Bluff Park is in the neighborhood and a great spot to check out a sunset! I would highly suggest getting a vehicle or plan on taking tours. While the 49th state does have transportation companies like Uber and Lyft to get you around town, it is short on ride accommodations that can take you affordably down the beautiful highway system. Alaska is just so big, with over 600 road miles from one end to the other, if you wish to tale in the scenic beauty, a rental car far outweighs the public transportation that is offered to take you out of town. My vehicle is listed on Turo for my guests! If it is available, I would be happy to accommodate you with transportation to make your stay as stress-free as possible. We have some bikes for your use as well if you feel like taking a stroll to a local park or a nice ride to a local coffee place. There is absolutely no charge for the use of the bikes! We also have great hikes and trails in the mountain terrain just minutes from our house, I would be happy to fill you in on all the details!
