Other things to note Summer 2026: Please note that the unit across the hall will be undergoing renovations from August 24 through October 24, 2026. The HOA enforces strict rules regarding the permitted days, hours, and seasons for construction. The reduced nightly rate reflects the possibility of noise or other temporary inconveniences during your stay. Loud work will not occur continuously throughout the renovation period but may take place during different stages of the project. Thank you for your understanding. Other important details to consider: The HOA has a strict 8 person max occupancy rule ( regardless of age). A golf cart is available for you to use AFTER a user agreement is signed and an additional refundable damage deposit is collected.
