Within minutes of Park Avenue's shops and restaurants, and easy access to the theme parks and other local attractions, this home is the perfect base for your business trip or stay to visit family or local events. The space This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (1530 sq ft) is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of business or exploring Winter Park. The home features a full kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch area, and large backyard. It also has a number of smart home features, including an Alexa, Nest thermostat, smart door locks, and an exterior security camera. Please note that there is a separate unit in the backyard that we rent out to other Airbnb guests. This unit has its own separate entrance and does not share any common spaces within the main house. Guest access You will have full access to the home. Also in the garage we have a washer and dryer you can use. We have instructions on how to use and even provide detergent and dryer sheets for your use. You also have access to the backyard. Just note there is a separate guest house in the back yard detached from the main home. That is another rental please do not disturb them. Other things to note Take note of our house rules. Please no house parties and no outside guests who are not part of the reservation are allowed. For example inviting guests for dinners or to invite others to the home as a meeting place is not allowed. Breaking this will cause cancellation of your reservation and forfeit damage deposit and rental fee. Also we limit 2 cars while renting our home and to please park them in the driveway. We strive to be responsible hosts with our neighbors. If you're a tourist coming into town to catch the sites or coming into town to possibly relocate or coming into town for work, you would be perfect for us. If you're renting our place for an event to invite visitors to the home who are outside of the number of guests in the home. I am sorry we are not the right fit for your needs.
