NOT downtown. * 5 minutes away from a beautiful pier overlooking the Caribbean * A small beach 5-7 min. walk * 20-25 min. by bus to downtown. * Beautiful shared terrace * Construction noises. The space *Room with no view and little light *Not recommended for claustrophobics * It has a double bed, private bathroom and closet to hang your belongings. Other items available are: toaster, coffee maker, minibar, coffee cups, and cutlery. * Access to terrace and common room *Small but functional bathroom * Satellite TV for those rainy days Guest access *It has a nice terrace, with a small living and dining room where you can enjoy your food or a good drink. * Common area with a sofa where you can read a good book or chat with other guests (shared area) * Small garage where you can leave your rented gear: motorcycle or bicycle * Space on the street to park a car or golf cart *Wifi a little slow (we're working on it) *The room is located next to 3 more rooms. *We deliver the room clean and with basic necessities. During your stay We live right on the ground floor, so if you need any help or recommendations about the place, what to do or where to go, don't hesitate to ask us. We love to welcome guests in person, although sometimes due to our schedules this is complicated. If possible, we will always try to greet and welcome you =). Other things to note We kindly ask you to treat the space and its elements with respect, first and foremost it is our home. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, however you can use the terrace for that. It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers to the property as well as to share items from the property to third parties (regardless of whether or not they are family). This is how we protect your safety as well as our own.
