Sprucewood Cabin

Fully furnished 1 bedroom, timber framed cabin 4 minutes from downtown Homer. The cabin has well water, full kitchen (no dishwasher), fuel oil heater, queen size bed, and bathroom with flush toilet and shower. The cabin is not available for monthly bookings June1- August 31. The space The cabin sleeps two. There is one queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and small living area with a sofa and chair. Guest access Free WiFi Other things to note -Check in is 3:00pm. -Check out at 11:00am. -There is no housekeeping service once you move in. We don't charge a cleaning fee, but we do ask that you clean up after yourself. This will help keep costs down for you, and future guests. -Please remove shoes at the entry. This minimizes wear and tear on the carpet and flooring. There is a broom and vacuum cleaner in the cabin if you need them. -No smoking -There is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher. -There are curtains on all the windows but they do not block out all the daylight...even at 3:00 am. Bring an eye mask, for sleeping, if you are sensitive to light...this is the land of midnight sun.
