The space The Pinkham house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully furnished with all new kitchen appliances and amenities. Both bathrooms are also newly renovated in a modern look and feel. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and have flat screen HD TVs with 300+ channels of Direct TV in 2 out of 3 of the bedrooms. One room features 1 king bed, the second features 1 double bed, and the third room features 2 double beds. In the living room is a queen sized pull out sofa to accommodate larger groups.
