Cottage in Montrose

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Lake house with beautiful views. Multilevel deck and dock to access the water. Basement/family room. Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedrooms. The main level has different levels with small sets of stairs to get from area to area. Guest access Access to the kayaks and paddle boat, fire pit, grill, high chair, pack n play, a few kids toys, kids books, games and puzzles are all available for use. Other things to note The beds will not be formally made however linens(in hall closet) and towels will be available. We do this because many choose to bring their own linens. We do provide kitchen basics like salt, pepper, cooking oils, and a few spices. There is a full service coffee bar. We ask that you please take any food that you brought with you when you leave.
