This beautiful tiny apartment is well equipped and has everything you’ll need for your stay. Located in a main street close to supermarket and fast foods, near a traffic light in front of the hospital. Gated private parking ,washer and dryer,wifi,microwave,cofee maker,ect. You can also watch movies in proyector screen outside,use the hammock and we also have some beach equipment. The space Cozy ,beautiful and very accessible place that has everything you may need for your stay. located in a main street in front of the Fajardo Hospital. Guest access Guest can access laundry and patio. Other things to note 👉🏽The apartment is located near a traffic light and sometimes a line of vehicles can form in front of the house, getting in and out the gate can be difficult sometimes. Also the cars will make noise. If you don’t like opening and closing the gate, park outside. 👉🏽No hot running water in the apartment, only warm water in the shower. Will be hot in summer. 👉🏽Balcony is shared with apartments #2. Balcony floor can be slippery when wet. 👉🏽the hammock area is only for you. 👉🏽Parking inside is only for you. The gate must stay closed. You can leave it unlocked if you prefer. Do not park blocking the sidewalk please. 👉🏽 Toilet paper, baby wipes, paper towels should go in the trash bin Not in the toilet please. This is to avoid drainage issues. 👉🏽Laundry area is shared with Julia apartments. There will be detergent. Located in Luna Delmar rooftop. To get there please open the small gate, it has a latch . 👉🏽Wifi is written in the refrigerator and in the app. 👉🏽check in starts at 3pm, check out before 12pm. I will be cleaning from 12pm-3pm for my next guest. Please let us know when you do check out. 👉🏽please rinse beach equipment after use. 👉🏽The stove needs fire to turn on, its a gas stove, 2 burners. (Very small area to cook) 👉🏽We have wifi from the cable company and also wifi from satellite. 👉🏽 We have solar panels and battery for power outages 💡 👉🏽 there will be gallons with tap water for emergency (in case of water outage,doesn’t happen often) 👉🏽 air conditioning in room only.
