Guest access They will have access to all common recreation areas, understand: Pool, beach, gacebo, BBQ, 3 kitchens, social areas such as the second level Family Room of the villa, (4)! rooms available to use in the lower part of the property, with (8) beds available for use! Service room, and (6) bathrooms available for use. ( CAPACITY FOR (12) MAXIMUM PEOPLE)!!!. Other things to note The rental of this villa is for vacation only and in a FAMILY way!!, for long weeks, weeks and/or vacations not to make any type of Events within it or to live it!!. The rental of the same does not include any kind of food or drinks!, the guests will have to bring their meals and their drinks!!. (this rental includes a person of service of said property for the HELP in the preparation of their food)!
