Cozy house w/deeded beach access to Highland Lake

Relax with the family at this peaceful home with beach access just a short walk away. In the morning, sip your coffee while listening to the brook flowing outside the kitchen window, enjoy swimming or boating at the lake in the afternoon and in the evening, spend time with the family grilling and chilling in the private backyard. There is additional space for parking on the other side of the brook. It's a nice place to vacation and relax. Guest access As our guests, you have full access to the Private, Deeded Rights only, Beach/Boat launch area. You will see it straight ahead as you arrive, just before you take the right to get to our house. There are some signs on the left side of the area that identify it as this Private area and list the rules of the area also. If you are at the house, the lake is about a minutes walk away. From the driveway go left on the dirt road and you will quickly come to the Private Beach Access area on your right. You and your guests have rights to this beach area as long as you are residing in our Airbnb home. Other things to note Please be aware that the plumbed water in the house should only be used for showers/baths, cleaning, washing dishes, etc., but not for consumption. This is the case because it is not city water nor does it come from a well, but instead comes directly from the brook beside the house that flows directly into the lake. There will be some bottled water at the house for drinking when you arrive.
