Private Bedroom & Bathroom Close to City Centre

Only 6km from downtown Whitehorse, YT, we are sharing our newly renovated 4th downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We are on a greenbelt with gorgeous walking and biking trails. There is a shared entrance, and we rarely venture downstairs, so there will be lots of privacy. You have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv, wifi, and private bathroom. A queen bed is set up in the room, if needed we have a cot available for a 3rd guest. We have a dog who will remain upstairs, and we are pet friendly. The space We are right on the greenbelt and there are amazing views and trails right behind the house. We have a fenced yard, but our back gate accesses the trails. In winter, if the night is right and skies are clear, we have access to gorgeous aurora filled night skies! Guest access We have beautiful access to trails and are very close to town. We are in a very quiet family friendly neighbourhood and have a park right down the street. There is a local grocery store and restaurants. During your stay We are available for questions or issues 24/7. We enjoy our camping and if we happen to be out of signal, we have parents in town that can help you with any questions or concerns.
