Comfortable, modern, peaceful home backing up to Joshua Tree National Park. Recently remodeled, my geodesic dome includes a jacuzzi tub, a steam shower, toilet bidet, well appointed kitchen, high end stereo, temperpedic beds with luxurious bedding, and tile floors downstairs. The landscape is lush with flowers and fruit trees. Currently sleeps 4 comfortably with two full bathrooms, full kitchen, plenty of parking and expansive views of Joshua Tree National Park, the Sheep Hole Mountains and the Cleghorn Wilderness area - gorgeous backdrops for epic desert sunset sunsets. The Master bedroom has a queen tempurpedic bed. It's an authentic tempurpedic mattress and if you've never slept on it, it is amazing. The private master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and shower, and toto heated electronic toilet bidet. The loft can accomidate one or two in a queen size blow up mattress. There is a work desk set up in the loft, along with the media console. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower with a steam option. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction electric stove, convection oven, steam toaster, vitamix, expresso machine with auto foam, refrigerator automagically creates craft balls of ice. It is well stocked with cooking tools, pots, pans and high end Japanese ceramic dish ware. The upstairs loft is a relaxed chill space with an orange leather couch and chair. Large TV with high end stereo system upstairs and seated work desk. Books, music, games and yoga mats. High fidelity hi end stereo system. The space is expansive, yet snug and cozy. The acoustics are fantastic! It's like being in a cozy, safe ocean. Mini-splits keep things warm or cool. Sit on the front porch and enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by mature Palo Verde trees, while watching the sky change colors and the desert quail make their evening noises. Expect to hear the quail and coyote calls. Watch the flocks of desert doves, cottontail and jack rabbits. Photo ops by the classic Ford Anglia that was pulled out of the desert nearby. Explore the Joshua Tree Art Scene, Art Queen, Hi-Desert Test Sites, Hiking, Rock-Climbing, nearby off-roading, or mine exploring. If you need suggestions for exploring the area just let me know. I've been visiting/living in this area for 20+ years. I can suggest rock hounding areas, day trips, off-road areas and unique desert cultural art. Near fee-free Joshua Tree National Park entrances (49 Palms Oasis & Indian Cove), 10 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree, 29 Palms and Marines Base. Walk out of the property and into the park. Enjoy the cool clean winds of the desert. Watch the amazing sunsets and moonrises. Spend your nights under the Milky Way.
