Lake View Suite on wine trail with Barrel Sauna

The suite is situated on half an acre with idyllic garden with our own cedar barrel sauna that is now ready and waiting for you to enjoy! Start your morning with a coffee, enjoying views of Okanagan Lake. Several amazing wineries on the West Kelowna Wine Trail are minutes away. Kalamoir Regional Park/Beach is within a 5 minute drive. Downtown Kelowna is a 10 minute drive. Let us share all of our "Local Knowledge" with you! License #9028 The space The suite is a modern bright two bedroom space with separate private entrance and patio with seating. It is a true retreat. It is built like a carriage home and is totally separate from our house, so you will hear no noise from us. It is is built green and net zero. Solar panels provide power for the entire unit. Upon entering the open living space you will notice how bright it is with sliding glass doors looking out onto the yard and lake. The living room has a comfortable couch, chair and a 60" TV with HD cable. Offering netflix, paramount, and prime TV. The full kitchen has a huge eat in island (seats 4) with oven/ stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the amenities needed to cook a delicious meal. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with casper mattress. There is a 50" TV as well. From the bedroom is a walk through closet with wood cheater door into the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed with a small walk in closet. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with a marble tile soaker tub/shower. Forget something? Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. We also offer plenty of towels and toiletries. Guests have access to our large back yard. Enjoy views of the lake while strolling in the green grass. You may get also visit from our friendly dog Cooper. Your stay also includes one sauna session per a day in our newly added cedar electrical barrel sauna with panoramic window overlooking our serene garden. **Important note for sauna use*** Your stay includes one 1 hour sauna session for yourself and the other guests (max. 4 people). Additional sessions can be purchased for $80. The sauna requires time to heat up. Please book your time by letting us know verbally, by message or text. We require guests read and follow sauna rules and safety guidelines that will be provided to you at check in. This is to ensure your safety and that you get the most out of your experience. The sauna is a shared space with us, but will be private during your booked time. We provide free off street parking on our driveway above the stairs to the suite. There is a stage 2 43 Amp Electric vehicle charging station. Guest access Guests have access to a separate suite with own entrance located in a home in the Lakeview Heights neighbourhood on the West Kelowna Wine Trail. This includes access to lower deck, with views of Okanagan Lake. The large grassy yard and gazebo with barrel sauna will be shared with the hosts, but there is lots of space for everyone. Your booked sauna session will be private. Washer and Dryer are also provided in your suite. Guests will be provided a parking spot for their vehicle that is off the roadway with complementary vehicle charger. Other things to note We strive to create a memorable stay for you.
