Come, breathe in the crisp mountain air, let the mountains whisper their tales as you create unforgettable memories in this enchanting haven. 🌿 The space Studio 4B is located about a minutes walk from the Campbellton Civic Center and also across the street from one of the most beautiful views in the area, the Restigouche River. A minutes walk will take you to the Waterfront our main tourism area. During summer months the Amphitheater which is situated along the waterfront features musical guests on weekends. A quick stroll up and around the waterfront will bring you The Experience Center which caters fine dining, cuisine and spectacular views. During the winter months, attend a professional hockey game at the civic center just down the street or go up to Sugarloaf Mountain for some exciting downhill skiing. Being situated close to downtown you are in walking distance of just about everything. The location is also at the beginning of the walking trail that connects to the Hiking Trail for the SugarLoaf Mountain. For Snowmobiles clientele....we are right off the main trail, just across the street. Studio 4B is an art Studio inside a full 1100 Square Foot two story duplex. I am an artist and I give classes out of this location. I also give private classes for people who may be looking for something interesting to do while staying in the studio. It has some great amenities, JACUZZI tub with Shower, TV with free Netflix, fireplace, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Back Deck, Fire Pit, large private back yard, large 12ft by 10ft walk in closet separating both rooms, ceiling fans in all rooms for summer comfort. The back room off deck has another table and chairs set up for a relaxing coffee in morning as you wander onto the back deck you can leave the back door open and feel like its one open area. There is ample parking even for larger vehicles RVS etc. You can also drive your vehicle up to back yard for back door entry/more privacy. the Civic Center offers quick amenities also....gym, walking track, large olympic sized pool. Important note....Hospital is around corner and all the way down street...easy directions if needed. It is a working art Studio where I teach painting from October to May. The STudio is a 1200 sqft four bedroom two story duplex with three furnished rooms all queen sized beds. It is set up to be a home away from home. Everything you need is included. It also has great amenities with Jacuzzi and fireplace which especially during cold winter months is comfy and cozy. The Studio is perfect for skidooers as the trail is just across the street. Also perfect to come to town to watch the hockey games or any event happening at the Civic Center, as it is literally just a minutes drive down street. Just a minutes drive to our Mainstreet (Waterstreet) is mainly where most of the restaurants are located which is also a plus. I also offer Netflix..HBO..crave tv. So curl up and enjoy a great movie and popcorn (always on hand) Wifi is included. Other items included Shower Gel for Women and Men, Shower Cap, Feminine Napkins, Soap, Shampoo, Baby Shampoo, Baby Wipes, Conditioner, Toilette Paper, Several different body lotions Face Soap and bath bars, Coffee (Perk and Instant), Teas selection (Twenty different types usually), sugar, salt, pepper, coffee whitener, laundry detergent, Cleaners, and other items. You won't need anything staying here, as many have stated its just like being home. One important note...no mail shall be delivered in your name using my address strictly prohibited.....if you are here for a long duration and need mail delivered you can do so through me and I can then forward it to you on an accepted basis.
